I have had AppCheck Anti-Ransomeware quarantine it before but that was just again for deleting files. I always interpreted that to refer to it normally by its design deleting cache files and other user data. I've never had an issue with CCleaner adding anything to a browser, although Comodo says it wants to change browser settings. It is helpful to get a look at all that COULD be deleted, but I only remove a fraction of what is offered by CCEnchancer for the browsers. This is a cool little hidden app that adds alot of functionality to CCleaner. I have studied the cleaners and Windows fairly intensively over the years, so I added CCEnhancer: I use both it and CCleaner on the laptop here. The standard Wise Disk Cleaner program seems safe to use.
